Len and Iona have been married for 45 years. They have three sons and one daughter as well as three granddaughters and two grandsons. Len worked for two insurance companies for 13 years before sensing God’s call to pastoral ministry. He graduated from the Canadian Bible College before accepting his first pastoral assignment in Fort Saskatchewan Alberta. In all he pastored 20 years before taking a job as District Director for Saskatchewan with the Canadian Bible Society. After spending 13 years with the society he retired and has spent the last three years as half time pastor to seniors at Cornerstone Church in Saskatoon.
12 Keys to Spiritual Vitality: Living Youthfully
Our ages are simply the number of times we have traveled around the sun. Last October, I celebrated my 70th such journey. We cannot allow our age to define who we are. At Encore this year we will talk about attitudes and habits that can allow us to live youthfully no matter how many times we have orbited the sun.

This year’s concert time will feature local Nipawin musicians from Nipawin Bible College and churches in the area. Retreaters will be able to sit back and enjoy a musical variety night. If you have a musical number to share, please indicate that with your registration form and we will contact you for more details.
For those interested in handcrafts, we will offer two workshops.
Horseshoe pits, crokinole boards, board games, and bocce balls will be available for those interested in some friendly competition. Feel free to bring your own equipment or games to add to the fun.
