Nipawin Bible College is situated one kilometer from the town of Nipawin bordering the banks of the North Saskatchewan River. Our spacious campus contains a gymnasium, Student Center, two dormitories, dining hall, soccer field and Education Center. It is a comfortable home to students from all over Canada and a welcome retreat for guests.

Snider Hall OR Baxter Hall (Dormitory)
Each of our dormitories have 17 bedrooms which contain 2 single beds, desks and closets (maximum occupancy of 34 people/dorm).
Relax and visit in the central lounge which contains couches, a sink and fridge.
$40/night per room with max of 2 people/room
• Fitness Center (located in the dining hall basement) included in any dorm room rental
• Bedding, linens and toiletries not provided

Dining Hall/Kitchen
Enjoy meals in our dining hall.
$250/day

Rempel Auditorium (Gymnasium)
Enjoy playing sports & group activities or using the stage for presentations.
$150/day, $100/half day
Equipment Rental included in the fee:
• Soccer goals and balls

Leppington Student Center
This lounge area is located above the Rempel Auditorium.
Spend time relaxing and visiting or playing some ping pong & fooseball.
A small kitchen area can be used for making coffee or serving desserts.Look out on the action taking place in the gym.
$150/day, $100/half day

Education Center Classrooms
The Art Linsey Education Center contains 4 classrooms of varying sizes and a chapel.
Audio/Visual equipment is available.

Janitorial
Full janitorial is available for each building $100 per day. If this is not requested it is expected that the group will look after the cleaning during and after the rental.
Availability
The campus is available for rental from May – August.
Check In/Out
Typically check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am.
Smoking & Alcohol Policy
All our buildings and grounds are non-smoking areas. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. A no alcohol policy is in effect.

A completed application form and deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit is non-refundable nor transferable to another date or group. Grounds may be shared with other groups. Exclusive bookings can be requested (pending space availability). An exclusive booking assumes that all facilities are booked. Please read the Policies and Procedures that are attached to the rental form.
