To help students cover the cost of their tuition, NBC offers many scholarships and bursaries. Some are open for all students to apply for and others have specific requirements. If you have questions about or need help applying for the scholarships, don't hesitate to call our admissions personnel.

Early Application Incentive

NBC often offers special discounts to students who apply early. These discounts vary from year to year and are usually announced in the fall for the following year (approximately 10-12 months before the next school year). Be sure to contact NBC’s admissions department early for details and add your name to our High School mailing list to ensure you’re among the first to hear about these offers.

Scholarships

Scholarships are divided into three categories:
1) Major (those that are worth $1000 or greater)
2) Minor (those generally under $1000)
3) Matching (scholarships where NBC partners with a church or camp)

Policy Details

Students may receive only 1 Major Scholarship, but there is no limit to how many additional Minor and/or Matching scholarships they can apply for and receive, which will be based on eligibility.
Scholarships may be awarded at any time in the application process at the discretion of the admissions department and the Academic Dean.
All scholarship recipients are also eligible for bursaries, which are awarded in September & October of the academic school year at NBC.

Second semester students (those beginning in January) may still be considered for NBC Scholarships on a case by case scenario. However, those scholarship applications must still be received by no later than November 1st for a January start date.
