MissionFest Manitoba is currently asking the Lord to identify an Executive Director to
oversee and advance its mission of informing people about the global mission of reaching
people with the gospel and inspiring those people to become involved in world
evangelization. This mission includes an annual conference as well as an ongoing online

Our Executive Director will have an intrinsic passion and motivation for missions and be
open to considering the use of these characteristics to provide overall leadership to the
advancement of the ministry of MissionFest Manitoba. His or her ability to work
independently and possess strong administrative skills, website capacities as well as a
familiarity with budgeting and bookkeeping (QuickBooks) would be essential.

You would be the face of MissionFest Manitoba as you bring your entrepreneurial initiative
in providing strategic direction and implementing the vision of the Board which uses the
Policy Governance model.

Your responsibilities would include the complete oversight of a weekend conference from
the identifying of suitable speakers to arranging workshops and mission agency display

Your role as Executive Director would be part-time (.6) and require that you operate out of
southern Manitoba.
