First Baptist Church in Minitonas, Manitoba is looking for a part time (20 hrs/week) associate pastor. This position will primarily have you working with youth and doing community outreach. This position will require a highly motivated person who works well with others and who has a passion to see the next generation reached with the truth of the Gospel.
Our church has 100-120 people attending on Sunday with 50 of that being children and youth under the age of 18. There is a great opportunity to help disciple the next generation of young people in our church and we believe that the right person could help us do that.
A Bible school degree is preferred for this position and youth ministry experience is an asset.
Salary will be based on the Manitoba Baptist association’s salary guidelines found here:
