We are looking for a shepherd that will lead and inspire others to take on leadership roles.

·         Good biblical teacher

·         Heart for evangelism

·         Active

·         Experienced

·         Creative

ABOUT OUR CHURCH

·         Family oriented

·         Strong leaders on the board

·         Desire to try ways for community outreach

·         Musicians in the church

·         Seniors to babies in congregation

·         Experienced some division over pastoral leadership and worship style

·         30 to 90 attendees at Sunday services

·         Welcoming and like get-togethers

ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY

·         Mining town

·         Beautiful location in lake country

·         Multicultural, lots of arts, lots of outdoor activities

·         Population between four and five thousand

·         Canadian Tire, Walmart, and Co-op stores

·         Visible homeless population

·         Blue-collar town

·         Number of people live here and work in camps

·         People come and go
