Bible Camps: Friday afternoon will provide a focus on camp ministry, introducing students and guests to local Bible Camps, and the ways in which they serve the children and youth of their communities.
Missions Millionaire: Throughout the weekend, there will be opportunities for attendees to participate in our "Missions Millionaire" trivia game, challenging their knowledge of God's word, famous missionaries, international missions, and more.
Coffee House: NBC Student Council will be hosting a coffee house on Friday and Saturday evenings with beverages that can be purchased with cash.
Prayer: Throughout the weekend, there will be a couple designated opportunities for focused prayer:
- Friday evening - Reps, students, and guests will be divided in groups and will go to various spots on campus to pray for a specific focus.
- Saturday morning - Group prayer time in the student lounge in order to pray for specific requests of the attending organizations

Promotional Material
We encourage local churches, and other Christian organizations, to promote Missions Conference weekend as an opportunity for their congregation to grow in their understanding of missions around the world. Please feel free to print, and post, the following posters:
Details for Missions & Camp Reps
Cost: Free (donations will be accepted to help with the expenses of the conference)
Set-up & Registration: Friday, Feb. 10, 9:30-11:30, Rempel Auditorium (NBC Gym)
Take Down: Saturday, Feb. 11, 9:00 p.m
Expectation: Exhibitors are required to stay for the entire duration of the conference, 11:30am Friday through 9 pm Saturday, and are expected to attend the Friday, 11:30am briefing and prayer session.
Meals from Friday Lunch until Saturday Supper are provided, for registered mission & camp reps only, in the NBC dining hall. Please indicate which meals you will be attending on your registration form.
Accommodations are available, for registered mission & camp reps only, in the dorms. Please indicate in your registration whether you will need accommodations for the weekend. You will need to bring your own bedding (single beds).
Booths/Displays
Throughout the weekend, there will be opportunities for the students and guests to interact with reps at their booths which will be set up in the gym:
- 8' tables will be provided - bring your own table cloth
- Power is limited - bring your own extension cord
- Video is welcome, but no audio
Booth Bingo
In order to encourage conversation and interaction with reps, each participant at the conference will be given a sheet of questions. Participants will need to ask reps a different question from the list. The participant who has the answer to the most questions will win a prize! Questions will be provided closer to the conference to allow reps to prepare their answers if desired.
Missions Millionaire
There will be several opportunities throughout the weekend to participate in "Missions Millionaire", NBC's Mission-themed variation on the classic "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" game show. Participants will use their knowledge of international missions to compete for increasingly more valuable prizes.
Coffee House & STUCO Bucks
NBC Student Council will be hosting a coffee house on Friday and Saturday evenings. Reps can purchase "$5 StuCo Bucks" to give to students and guests as promos at their booths and are redeemable at the Conference Coffee House only. These can be purchased at registration. Purchase with cash, cheque, or e-Transfer.
