Community

NBC is committed to cooperating and integrating with the ministry of the local church. This connection to a local church is vital, especially as we seek to send out students better equipped to love and serve in their own local churches. Therefore, all staff and students are expected to attend a local church while at NBC. Students have the opportunity to apply what they are learning as they participate in fellowship and service.

Chapels facilitate worship through music, prayer, Scripture reading, and challenges from various guest and in-house speakers.

These groups meet in staff homes throughout the year to cultivate community outside the classroom.

Our staff consistently have their doors open, ready to help.

As a smaller Bible school, the setting is intimate and encourages the entire student body to connect with staff, faculty, and each other.

Students may participate in flag football, soccer, dodgeball, floor hockey, volleyball, basketball, and more. Royals wRECk offers 6-8 week mini-seasons for each sport, allowing students to tailor
their athletic involvement to their interests and availability.

NBC strives to offer varsity basketball and indoor soccer/fustal for both men and women. Teams will be offered based on student interest each year. NBC varsity teams will typically play in 2-3 weekend tournaments per year, in addition to regular practices and participating in local leagues or games.
