The PULSE at NBC is a monthly email newsletter providing subscribers with a look into the lives of the staff and students, a glimpse at upcoming events, and a peek into what is currently happening at NBC. It is the desire of NBC to clearly communicate with its constituency, keeping them informed about what is happening at the college, and this newsletter is another means to accomplish that goal. The PULSE at NBC is intended to provide brief updates to supplement the larger, but less frequent, Rivers publication.
