Faculty Position

The primary role is classroom instruction. Twelve credit hours is considered full-time for those without significant administrative roles (dependent upon class sizes).

Courses taught would likely include Bible/Theology (Theology 1&2), general education and ministry training courses (e.g. Ethics, Apologetics&Evangelism, and varying electives). This can be somewhat dependant upon specific education, experience and interest. NBC can provide current syllabi and course notes/outlines.

Position may be combined with other administrative or leadership roles depending upon the individual’s gifting and the current needs of the college.

IT Manager

This is a 0.5 FTE position (this may be increased to a full-time position if combined with other needed responsibilities - ie. Student Life, A/V, Student Work, etc.).

The primary roles for this position are:

  • To exercise primary leadership in all areas of IT related functions of the college, maintaining and improving existing systems and implementing new systems as needed.
  • To train and work with staff in order to keep the office IT functions working smoothly.

Events Coordinator

This is a full-time position.

Role purposes: To plan, promote and carry out the various conferences and retreats hosted by NBC primarily three60five and three60fiveJUNIOR as well as Alumni Weekend, Missions Conference, Encore retreat, and others working with and leading other staff members and students to promote NBC through these events.
